Policy

Please ensure you read First Class Festivities policies prior to booking. 

Booking Policy:

• ALL bookings must be placed 5 days in advance or you’ll be subject to a $25 rush fee. 
• A NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERRABLE deposit of 25% of total order is due at booking. 
• Deposit must be sent within 24 hours of order confirmation. 
• No deposit = NO appointment. 
• Remainder of balance will be due day of event. 
• A confirmation text will be sent out the day before your booking date, please respond. 
• Delivery fee varies based upon your area and can range from $15-$40.
• Pick up time for any orders applicable for pickup will determine on availability. 
• First Class Festivities is not liable for any orders once they’re in your hands. Please remember we’re in Las Vegas, all treats should be handled with proper care. 
• We accept Cash, Zelle, Cashapp, and Apple pay. 
• To book, contact us and include the following; name for the order, date & time of your event, theme/colors, exactly what you want to book and preferred method of payment.
